1
Present the stunning, precise sushi mosaic slices featuring asparagus wrapped in nori and seasoned white fish, served over a silky green curry sauce, looking like a million bucks with zero effort.
2
Gently peel the asparagus, blanch in boiling water for about 8 minutes until tender-crisp, transfer immediately to ice water to stop cooking, and drain well.
3
Cut nori sheets in half, brush each half lightly with soy sauce, and roll each asparagus stalk tightly inside the nori.
4
Slice the very fresh white fish into thin strips about 1 cm thick, and coat gently with the mixed spice blend (garlic powder, salt, ground nori, za'atar, coriander, pepper).
5
Lay a whole nori sheet on a bamboo mat, arrange fish strips densely over it, place the nori-wrapped asparagus in the center, roll and tighten firmly, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
6
Cook the wrapped roll in water at ~45°C (or low-medium induction) for 25 minutes, chill completely, slice into 2 cm rounds with a sharp knife, and serve over green curry coconut sauce.
Use room-temperature eggs and do not open the oven during the first stage of baking.
