Seasonal Fruit Toppings (1 fruit per loaf): sliced plums/nectarines, diced apples with cinnamon, or fresh berries/peaches

Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice/milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Fold Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk gently until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.

Portion Batter: Line 3 loaf pans with parchment paper and divide the master batter evenly among them.

Add Fruit Toppings: Top Pan 1 with plum/nectarine slices, Pan 2 with diced apples + cinnamon/brown sugar, and Pan 3
with fresh berries or peaches.

Bake & Serve: Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35-40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out dry. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
