Honey & Butter Baked Apples (5-Minute Holiday Hack)

Ingredients

4 Large baking apples (Gala, Granny Smith, or Pink Lady)

4 tbsp Butter (or Kosher margarine / coconut oil for Parve)

4 tbsp Pure honey

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Pinch of Sea salt

Optional toppings: Chopped walnuts or vanilla ice cream for serving

Prep Apples: Wash the apples thoroughly. Slice off a thin layer from the top and carefully core out the center/seeds using a spoon or apple corer, leaving the bottom intact to create a cup.

Stuffing: Place 1 tablespoon of butter inside each apple cavity, followed by 1 tablespoon of honey.

Season: Sprinkle ground cinnamon and a tiny pinch of sea salt over each apple.

Bake: Arrange apples upright in a baking dish. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until the apples are soft, golden, and the honey-butter filling is bubbling and caramelized.

Serve: Drizzle with the warm pan juices and serve hot with vanilla ice cream or chopped nuts.
