3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar or brown sugar

1/2 cup dark/white chocolate chunks or jam swirl / berries

Method

Mix in Food Processor (Magimix): Combine flour, cold cubed butter, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the food processor bowl. Pulse a few times until a coarse sandy crumb texture forms.

Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg and vanilla extract. Pulse just until the dough comes together into a cohesive ball. Do not over-mix.

Fold Mix-ins & Shape: Gently fold in chocolate chunks or berries. Shape into thick round cookie disks and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until edges are light golden brown and centers remain soft.

Finish & Serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and dust generously with powdered sugar before serving!
