Ingredients

1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

2 tbsp Pure honey or silan (date syrup)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (smooth or whole grain)

1 clove Garlic, finely minced or crushed

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black pepper

Optional herbs: 1 tsp fresh oregano or thyme, finely chopped

Combine Ingredients: In a clean, dry glass jar, pour in the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.

Add Seasoning: Add the honey (or silan), Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional chopped herbs.

Emulsify: Tightly close the jar lid and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the dressing fully emulsifies into a smooth, creamy sauce.

Serve & Store: Pour generously over fresh green salads, roasted fish, or grilled meats. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (shake well before each use).
