Pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup white & toasted sesame seeds (for coating)

Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk raw tahini, natural maple syrup, and vanilla extract together until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients: Fold in almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt to form a uniform soft dough.

Shape & Roll: Roll dough into small balls and coat generously in sesame seeds.

Bake: Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 12–15 minutes until light golden.

Cool: Allow to cool completely on the tray before serving so the cookies firm up.
