Ingredients

  • Thai Meat Mix: 500g ground beef, chicken, or pork, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger, 1 tbsp minced lemongrass, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander/cilantro, 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp chili flakes or chopped red chili, 1 tbsp sesame oil.

  • Divine Thai Sauce: 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, Lime juice (from 1 fresh lime), 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro & mint.

  • Serving & Assembly: Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 20 mins), Fresh crisp butterhead or iceberg lettuce leaves, Fresh chili slices & crushed peanuts for garnish.

    Prepare Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground meat with garlic, ginger, lemongrass, cilantro, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly until
